So, against better spending judgement (or maybe it was the best spending judgement...yeah, let's go with that) I ordered the special overseas customer happy pack from Chantilly. I have never ordered any sort of happy/lucky pack before because...well, I'm super picky...and don't exactly have common measurements. It's always been my fear that I would get stuck with stuff I don't like, or worse, stuff I like but don't fit. Call me negative, but I have
the worst luck, and lucky packs are all about chance. However, I figured a Chantilly happy pack was a safe choice. There are very few things from Chantilly I don't like, and I know everything they've made so far would fit. Plus, $250 for 50,000 yen worth of stuff, that price including shipping, was just too good to pass up. I put in my order about a week ago, and it arrived yesterday! I was so excited!

Big box! |
|
Full of bags!! |
|
Three bags! Of varying sizes~ |
Starting with the small bag...
|
Two wooden pins, a bow pin, and a headbow~ |
Next, the medium bag~
|
Polka-dot OTKS, lace-top knee highs, Queen Cat tights, and two totes~ |
The polka-dot socks are kinda weird, but I've been wearing them around the house cause they're comfy~ I was really happy to get the Queen Cat tights, and was silently praying for the main piece to be the Queen Cat OP. So, with an imaginary drum roll...
|
The Castle Otranto OP in brown! |
Sadly not Queen Cat, but was actually what I was hoping for/expecting~
On top of all that, I received an envelope with around ten postcards and a thank you note. All in all, I was really pleased with my haul! If Chantilly ever does another happy pack, I will totally be all over it. I got a lot of things I wouldn't necessarily buy on my own, but needed/are nice to have. If anyone else ordered Chantilly's happy pack, I'd love to know what you got!
